CANCELLATION POLICY

No same day appointments!!! (Unless stated otherwise)There is a $25 Booking Fee required to secure appointment. This fee will go towards your remaining balance due at the time of your appointment and is non refundable. Hair is included in braiding services this does not include crochet hair or any hair for any locs except (micro link installs) any locs only in 1,1b,& 2 However, if you want color please specify in the notes section during booking additional charges may apply. Traveling close to your location is also an option. There is a $50 base fee (the fee fluctuates due to distance) Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment there will be a $30 additional charge. If you are 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are transferable only one time. No call No shows will have to pay half of your service to re-book or be subject to being banned from booking. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance please make communication if you have any difficulties. Thank you
